Subjects

All participants are volunteers, either self-selected or who have agreed to take part after being approached.  Read more about the subjects.

Data collection

Data is collected from the detailed annual questionnaires completed by participants or, if they are too ill or too young to do this themselves, on their behalf by their principal carers.  Read more about data collection
